Military Shipping & Military PCS Vehicle Shipping
When certain military personnel are assigned to a new duty station, they may be entitled to Military PCS vehicle shipping. Military personnel who are entitled to PCS vehicle shipping are only allowed one personal operating vehicle (POV) to be shipped at government expense, according to the Department of Defense. Alternate port requests must be approved from the Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC).
